My new portlights haven't shown up yet. They left England a few days ago and should arrive on Tuesday. Until they arrive there is not a lot of interesting stuff for me to do aboard Athena. I've used that opportunity to finish varnishing the trim, sand and paint inside the lockers in the galley and remove a small section of the teak deck. Me and the family went to the Clearwater Super boat races the day before to see some of the boats, and just have a good time. Thank goodness we went with the hi-mods, as we were able to change these out ourselves and get our (newly-stepped) rig back up and going again on our own, without having to call in a rigger. Just some fun tips for you all that we learned while trying to drop a new main halyard, stepping the mast to re-configure the mast cap and changing out the hi-mods. Morning Star has it all. This is a great example of how gulet cruise should look like. She has experienced, a trained and attentive crew of 4. Her owner and captain Domagoj made numerous improvements on the boat and upgraded it in many ways. Guests onboard have 6 cabins at disposal – 2 double bed, 2 double bed with extra bed and 2 twin bed cabins. Leisure equipment is very decent, so the ones who seek for some adrenaline won’t be disappointed. Space onboard is optimally used, and together with great maintenance and her crew, gulet Morning Star provides a unique experience.

Below is a list of times in the videos to watch just the house. Well our first day of house hunting, we like nothing. We also had a talk and we are going to write houses off quicker, spending to much time on things we are never going to buy. 1st house at 0:19 was the best of all the houses we looked at minus the back yard. The back yard was steeply sloped to the house and was very small. 2nd house at 5:02 was way to small and not advertised correctly, stating there was 3 bedrooms when in reality there was only 2. 3rd house at 10.02 had a very poor layout and just needed a lot of work. The backyard had potential, but the house required too much potential for us to consider it. 4th house at 18:38 was to close to a busy road, lack an office, the bathrooms and closet were too small. 5th house at 26:59 was a nice well-maintained house, just did not have a big enough kitchen, and lacked the space needing an office. 6th house at 33:21 was a poor layout and lacked the office space, plus when we pulled up the neighbor came out with a chair and watched us the whole time. 7th house at 39:22 Worried that this owner let the bones rot.
