La portacontainer era diretta in Cina. Ha fatto scalo a Malta, Beirut e dopo il canale di Suez a Gedda (Arabia Saudita). Join us on our journey as we continue to rebuild, refit and prepare our Formosa 51 Sailboat for our continued cruising journey. We have always loved the Formosa, bought one (on a bit of a whim) late in 2014, moved aboard this one right away and started to do our refit while living board. We are avid fans of Cruising Outpost and Good Ole Boat (Good Old Boat) magazines and love the ideas we get from them. This episode is a quick unboxing of the new Sailrite Ultrafeed LSZ-1. Deb and I were planning on having a sun awning made for the boat and as it turns out, we were able to buy the premium package from Sailrite for less than what this one piece was quoted as. We ended up buying our material at a local sewing place that had an entire roll (21 yards) of Sunbrella in the color we wanted, so we picked it up for about $300, which was a GREAT deal. We ordered the heavy duty thread from Sailrite and after I finish some testing for the straps and webbing designs I have in mind for the awning, I will order what we need. I am making my prototypes for the strap test from just simple cotton webbing. The same principle applies to the boat’s superstructure. The light grey found there is coincident with the greys of the skies so as to keep the yacht in visual unity with the elements. Lucy Z’s interiors - entirely clad in elegant dark wood, will usher you into a majestic back-in-time travel. The cabins and saloon feature a finishing inspired from classic yacht designs with navy-marine upholstery and bed linings combined with brass décor elements. The light and airy saloon with its panoramic windows features an upright acoustic Yamaha piano installed in the front part of the room. Lucy Z is ready to host a large number of guests with her spacious 12-seat table, a set of 2 poufs and widespread sofa. The fully equipped galley at portside can be accessed both from the main cabin and cockpit. Lucy Z has a comfortable cabin distribution perfect for lengthy cruises among friends and family. The starboard hull features a large Owner’s cabin with a double bed, a reading corner, large dressing and make-up desk. The yacht is also fitted with two large VIP cabins, both comprising double beds, desks and wardrobes. The portside crew cabin will sleep three crew members on two single beds and an additional Pullman. Additional accommodation for crew is also available in the forepeaks. The sundeck is equipped with a large dining table with adjustable height to enjoy meals in the shade and sit back with a drink in hand. The cockpit features a dining teak table, a fridge, ice maker and a sink. Near the saloon entrance, a small coffee table is placed to enjoy your time outside on the L-shaped cockpit sofa.

PRB a avalé 6 034 milles à la vitesse moyenne de 14,78 nœuds. Eu não sei se existe uma resposta para isso, mas o Juliano atravessou com um antigo 28 pés de madeira e ainda gravou um documentário chamado Gosto de Sal.
