OUR FIRST SQUALL: Sailing to the abandoned resort on Brampton Island - Episode 34

This week we hoist sail (and don’t fret, the main first this time) and make passage from the safe haven of Refuge Bay at Scawfell Island through our first squall to Brampton island. Although our 40 year old cruising coral coast book tells us we can visit the ‘thriving resort’ we arrive to a different scene. The now abandoned resort was closed to any visitors, so we made do harvesting our first coconuts! We hope you’ve got some warm fuzzy socks on, because it looks like rain up ahead!
