Gemini Freestyle 37 Catamaran :: Sailing in 12-15 Knots

Finally!! Some good winds off Annapolis to play in with the latest Gemini Freestyle 37 catamaran. She's the ultimate day boat! In just 12-15 knots we averaged 7.2 knots of boat speed with the occasional burst to 8 knots - topping out at 8.2 knots. Stable day-sailing with a few friends or, say, 12 people is a sheer joy. Plenty of comfortable seating with a cockpit that rivals much larger boats. Those speeds are all with the standard sail arrangement. We can't wait to test with an optional Code-0 sail!
