Welcome back aboard Moor R & R for this week's Adventure! Episode 52 We’re riding high after catching a few fish and heading towards the Flinders Group, with big expectations and plenty of excitement for what lies ahead! 🌊🎣 This week, our adventure takes us deeper into the remote islands of Far North Queensland, where incredible landscapes, hidden treasures and thousands of years of history await. One of the big highlights is exploring the famous Ship Rock Shelter on Stanley Island, home to some of the most remarkable Aboriginal rock art in the region. We’re excited to see this extraordinary piece of history up close, along with discovering other hidden caves tucked away among the rugged rocks and coastline. As we continue exploring, we stumble across an amazing little island featuring just two enormous rocks — a spectacular reminder of what Mother Nature can create over thousands of years. The shapes, textures and sheer scale of these natural formations are incredible to witness firsthand. Meanwhile, Gary has his own priorities sorted! He manages to find himself some oysters and settles in for a feed on the beach while I head off to explore more of Flinders Island. 😂🦪 With remote island exploration, ancient rock art, hidden caves and some truly spectacular scenery, this is another adventure that reminds us just how special and untouched parts of Australia can be.
