Ep 385 | Tiffin Time, Tasting Our Way Across South India, Life in a Nutshell

After leaving Australia we fly to India and land in Chennai. We spend some time exploring Chennai and checking out local tourist spots. A wander through Pondi Bazaar gives us a taste of the city’s energy and some superb Indian meals. It’s good to be back. Next we pick up our hire car, the one that’ll take us across India. Once we make our way out of Chennai we head south to Pondicherry, a beautiful area known for its striking buildings and complex past. From there we drive up into the hills to Erode Hill Station where we find the most incredible place to stay. It’s been created from old government buildings, cinemas, bridges and other unexpected structures. No two rooms are the same and the architecture is wonderfully higgledy piggledy.
