If there were ever the most idyllic and picture perfect spot on earth, this would be it! This is by far one of the most beautiful spots we've ever traveled and it felt like the scenery around us MUST be painted in because there is no way it could be real. We take three separate hikes within the Lofotens, one at the very famous Reinebringen, where we climbed over 1,500 steps to get to the top. 24 hour later we were in a much quieter spot all to ourselves and decided Georgie needed to go ashore to do a little exploring. We'd been spending almost every day so far in Norway on the go in one way or another, but there's just too much beauty around to stay put in one place for too long. Much love from Norway!! Thank you SO MUCH to our Patrons. These amazing supporters help keep us on the boat, our camera equipment up to date, and the videos coming. Without our patrons, these videos would not be possible. We're now sailing the Caribbean as we explore the best of this blue planet by kiteboarding, free diving, scuba diving, and fishing. ⛵ Our goal here is to inspire you to chase after your own dreams! The Airport in Phuket is right off the beach and the view of Final is awesome! The wake turbulence is amazing as it flies low overhead for 09. We were fortunate to be staying only a few hundred metres down the beach giving us the opportunity for some incredible, seldom seen views of Jets landing. Check it out

Thanks again for joining us on our Sojourn through the Caribbean Islands! In this video we find ourselves Sailing to George Town the Cruisers Hub of the Bahmas, leaving Staniel Key in light winds we explain how a few passing squalls preceeding a front can actually help you move the boat. Please remember that a squall in stronger winds can be dangerous if you or your boat are not prepared! We arrive in George Town Exumas Bahamas before sunrise and have to wait for daylight to enter the harbour. In George Town we resupply the boat, check out Stocking Island and the local beaches, and check out the "Rake and Scrape" band for a little bahamian night life! We are wrapping up work in the boatyard this week and will be back next Saturday with a full episode outlining the work we did on Lost Cat. This week, we are uploading a short "Mechanic's Corner" video where James shows us how he changes the oil on an outboard: 2000 Yamaha 15 hp, 2 cyclinder, 2 stroke. It's not glamarous, but it's a part of liveaboard life! Please comment with any questions or tips for the Captain. And thanks for watching. We must make a mad dash to civilization or risk being in the Philippines illegally. A couple of explorers, modern-day documentarians, and cultivators of curiosity. We’ve been chasing our curiosity around the world on wheels and keels since 2011. Why? Because curiosity is the key to unlocking life. It pushes us outside our comfort zone, softens our assumptions, and helps us embrace the great unknown. The more we let our curiosity lead the way, the more we discover about ourselves and the world around us. Things We're Most Curious About... GETTING OFF-GRID Our home is also our transportation and we spend weeks away from civilization and sometimes land. So self-reliance and sustainable living are a must. We've learned heaps about renewable energy, managing waste, creating safe drinking water and foraging for food. We carefully manage our resources and we’re always looking for new and better ways to do so. TALKING TO STRANGERS People are busy (even on remote islands) and travelers are a dime a dozen. It takes time to talk to strangers, and even more time to have a real connection. Going the extra mile to get to know someone is a commitment. Which is why these are our most treasured experiences. Setting off into the world with curiosity as our guide and nature as our compass. We talk to strangers and accept hospitality without fear or reservations. Both giving and receiving. ALTERNATIVE LIVING These are people who are doing things differently. Forgoing the mainstream, seeking freedom and living on the margins. Creative, unique and inspiring people who challenge our ideas of home and community.
