Argh! I'm repairing the exhaust hose on my Catalina 30 sailboat in this episode. We had a leak and have to diagnose & repair the problem to keep the boat from taking on water while under motor power. I had to replace the exhaust flap and hose to keep the boat dry while using the engine. We ordered the replacement exhaust flange from http://CatalinaDirect.com.
