Welcome back on board! 🌊⛵️ In our last episode, we explored Fakarava and were absolutely blown away by its underwater world and the famous Wall of Sharks. 🦈🤿 This time, we’re taking you along for three weeks of family time — of course, together with our buddy boats. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⛵️⛵️ We sail to Toau, a small and still relatively untouched atoll. 🏝️ We encounter manta rays once again, right in front of the pass. 🪽🌊 After navigating a passage, we discover an open window and have to clean the entire port side of the boat. 🪟🧽😂 We continue on to Apataki for one night, hoping to go snorkeling — but after hearing about tiger sharks in the area, we decide to skip it. 🦈😳 From there, we set sail overnight to Rangiroa. 🌙⛵️ We enjoy some cold drinks at the famous Tiputa Pass while watching dolphins jumping through the water. 🍹🐬☀️ We go diving once again and explore the incredible underwater world. 🤿 Then we sit tight and wait for a little more wind before, after a lot of back and forth, finally deciding to head towards Tahiti. 💨⛵️🇵🇫 And we experience our very first man-overboard situation with Samuel — thankfully, in a safe environment where everything turned out well. 😱🛟❤️ Follow along, leave us a like 👍, and enjoy our family world journey with us as we explore this beautiful world together! 🌎❤️⛵️

Fakarava, French Polynesia 🇵🇫 — one of the Tuamotu Atolls and one of the most unforgettable stops of our journey. 🌊🦈 Our timing couldn’t have been more perfect. We were lucky enough to witness two of Fakarava’s greatest natural spectacles: the legendary Wall of Sharks and the incredible Grouper Spawning — a breathtaking gathering that happens only at a very specific time and place. Thousands of fish come together to spawn, attracting an extraordinary number of sharks and creating a truly unforgettable underwater spectacle. Experiencing this in such a remote and pristine place felt like a privilege. Our final week in the Marquesas! 🌴✨ This place is truly incredible, and we’re so grateful for the last five weeks we’ve spent here. Unfortunately, a small accident with our dinghy cast a shadow over our final week and even landed us in the hospital on Hiva Oa. In the last episode, we spent nearly 11 unforgettable days exploring the Marquesas Islands and were blown away from the moment we made landfall in Fatu Hiva. This time, we continue our adventure with another incredible 10 days in the Marquesas. But after so many amazing shark encounters in the Galápagos, we finally experienced something that felt a little different… 🦈😳 While Sarah was in the water, a shark seemed unusually interested and started following her — our first shark encounter that felt genuinely uncomfortable. 🌊 Galápagos Part 2 🐢✨ Two weeks were never going to be enough… so here we are, diving even deeper into the magic of the Galápagos. This place is unlike anywhere else on Earth. Raw, wild, and completely untouched. Above water, it already feels surreal — but beneath the surface, it’s a whole different world. We slip below the waves and suddenly we’re surrounded by life. Schools of fish moving like one, curious sea lions darting around us, and then… the giants. Graceful, ancient, powerful. Seeing these incredible animals up close, in their natural habitat, is something that stays with you. It’s quiet, it’s humbling — and honestly, a little overwhelming in the best possible way. Every dive feels like stepping into a documentary. No filters, no barriers — just nature at its most real. At the same time, life on board continues to evolve. We’re changing crew, reorganizing, preparing — but somehow, it all feels effortless this time. Calm. Natural. Like everything is exactly where it should be. After spending two and a half incredible weeks in the Grenadines, our journey continues. 🌊 Our Atlantic Crossing Begins! 🌊 In the last episode, we prepared everything for the great crossing — and now the moment has finally arrived. The adventure we’ve been working toward for so long is here: crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Nearly 2,800 nautical miles lie ahead of us, from Las Palmas to Saint Lucia. 14–16 days of nothing but blue — where the ocean and the horizon merge into one, and the steady trade winds carry us west. Excitement, joy, and pure adventure all at once. During the crossing, we celebrate Samuel’s 2nd birthday onboard. Who can say they spent their birthday in the middle of the Atlantic? 🎂🌊 We’re moving fast, leaving little time for fishing — but not without some success. Daily squalls become part of life at sea. We learn how to read them, use their wind to our advantage, and even enjoy them as the most refreshing showers imaginable. Come along on our journey and experience this incredible adventure with us.
