Here is my first experimental trial on a 360 underwater video. Cross Wreck is a formal coastal patrol boat sitting on a sand slope on Mansinam Island, close by to Manokwari, in Cenderawasih Bay, West Papua. Filmed & Edited by Simone Tomazela Music Brothers by Greg McKay

One of our favourite places so far has been West Bay on Middle Percy Island. Lovely beach, clean water, palm trees and a great place to socialise. In this video we explore the Percy Island Hilton, also known as the Percy Island Yacht Club and check out all of the interesting signs from other cruisers who have passed this way. We also put up our own sign ! We get to see a whale in shallow water, not great shots but he's there. I was very excited to see how close the whale came to our boat and how close into shore he went.. We have a lovely goat stew dinner with fellow cruisers on shore and enjoy a hot shower and sensational meal with our favorite fellow cruisers, Kim and Craig with their boat dog, Hudson, who we met in Hervey Bay many months ago now. Ne ho fatto un diario che ora vi racconto 18 video dalla partenza a Cape Town all'arrivo a Rio. +8 Finalmente sono riuscita a dormire sta notte... Ci siamo fatto un compagno di viaggio: INO l’uccello che ci segue da tre giorni ormai ape a volte lo accompagnano uno o due amici. Viaggia con noi passando a nostra destra poi a nostra sinistra volando in modo lento e grazioso al ritmo del vento ma con pochi battiti d’ali come per risparmiare energia e quando vira ha l’ala che tocca quasi l’acqua. E bello guardarlo, è rilassante. Lui aspetta Nicole che ogni giorno svuota l’umido in mare e poi non lo vediamo per un po….ma poi torna, cì vede da lontano. mi chiedo se è un abitudine sua di seguire le barche o nave sperando nel cibo buttato in mare. Il sole scalda di giorno ma le notte sono molto umide e spesso nuvolose.

Ne ho fatto un diario che ora vi racconto 18 video dalla partenza a Cape Town all'arrivo a Rio. +14 Si apre un po il cielo malgrado ancora qualche groppi passeggeri più di pioggia che di vento. Si viaggia bene con gennaker in rotta a una media di 12 nodi. Dopo una cena con filetto al gorgonzola e patate al forno, il cielo ci regala un bellissimo tramonto con all’ultimo respiro, quando sparisce del tutto il sole nel mare, una bellissima luce verde. Il cielo si tinge poi di rosa, viola, arancione, che sembra un quadro impressionista. Ancora sotto il fascino dei colori vediamo piccoli delfini che saltano completamente fuori dell’acqua. Sembra che anche loro sono euforici del spettacolo di colori.
