🌊 Culinary art at sea with our on-board chef @lilyofthegalley🍣 ✨ On the menu: 1️⃣ Tuna, cucumber and avocado sushi: Ingredients: Sushi rice 🍚 - Fresh tuna and salmon 🐟 - Cucumber 🥒 - Avocado 🥑- Nori leaves 🌿- Rice vinegar, sugar, salt Quick preparation: Rinse and cook the rice, then season with vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt. Cut the tuna, cucumber and avocado into thin strips. Spread a thin layer of rice on a sheet of nori, arrange the ingredients and roll up gently using a sushi mat. Cut into rolls and serve with soy sauce and wasabi. 2️⃣ Tuna poke bowl: Ingredients: Sushi rice 🍚 - Marinated tuna (soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger) 🐟 - Avocado 🥑- Cucumber 🥒- Crisp radish 🌸 Sesame seeds and wakame seaweed Chef's tip: Personalise your poke bowl with mangoes or edamame for a sweet and savoury touch.
