A bordo di Almagores 2 saranno 17 giorni di traversata, di regata, di avventure, di foto, di video. 18 video dalla partenza a Cape Town all'arrivo a Rio. +1 E calata e girato l'aria allora abbiamo issato il gennaker. Nel mio turno di notte è arriva anche un po di pioggiarelina. E sempre nuvoloso la notte e la mattina, poi si apre e poi picchia il sole. I miei compagni di turno sono sempre le stesse, timoniamo mediamente 40' per turno per lasciare tempo a tutti durante le nostre 4 ore. Nel pomeriggio strabismo per un migliore avvicinamento.

Weekend in barca a vela ... Isola d'Elba, Capraia, Arcipelago Toscano. Un week-end all’insegna del relax e divertimento guidati da un istruttore di vela esperto. Da una delle basi nautiche in Toscana, verso le magnifiche calette dell’Isola d’Elba e Capraia. Navigheremo su una barca moderna e confortevole, lungo lo splendido Arcipelago Toscano, visitando le spiagge più cool dell’Isola d’Elba come quella di Procchio, Punta Fetovaia, Marina di Campo e Procchio. Un breve fine settimana in barca a vela per prepararsi alle meritate vacanze! Un week end adatto a tutti, non è richiesta esperienza, solo un pizzico di spirito di avventura e passione per il mare. L’itinerario di massima viene pianificato di volta in volta con l'istruttore in base alle condizioni meteo marine. A volte può essere anche molto personalizzato a seconda delle esigenze del gruppo. Poiché si tratta di una crociera scuola i partecipanti prenderanno parte alla vita di bordo e potranno imparare le regole base della navigazione a vela alternandosi ai ruoli.

How to cook seabass very easy and very tasty. In a common kitchen. In electric grill of the cooker. No special eqiupment needed. We are cooking the fish from our spearfishing, feel free to use any fish red or white, fresh or frozen. Cook it and you will like it! Stay safe and healthy! Специальное оборудование не требуется. Мы готовим рыбу, которую добыли на подводной охоте, но можно использовать любую рыбу: белую и красную, свежую и замороженную. Всем здоровья и хорошего настроения!🌿 Please find below the English translation of the recipe: To add to the fish a nice slightly smoky taste we use common wooden boards. Such boards can be found at any shop that sells accessories for grill. Or you can use any board that you have of similar sizes. Except boards from fir-trees or other needle trees because they have too much resin and provide too much smell. We put the boards in the water for 30 minutes, after that they are ready for use. Optionally you can add to the water lemon juice, pome-granate juice, sliced ginger. For this way of cooking you can use any fish: fresh or frozen, white or red. We are cooking seabass from our spearfishing. Sometimes we cook salmon or trout on board too, and it is really delicious. For preparation of the fish for cooking in electric grill please see our previous video where we cook dorada. When this is done add some olive oil, salt and spices or herbs of your liking and insert toothsticks to separate the sides of the fish. Put the fish on the board. You can also add some lemon on the sides, just see that it doesn't touch the fish. Now we are ready for the grill! Check every 5 minutes. Total grill time varies from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the size and type of fish. So... our seabass is ready in less than 15 minutes. Looks and smells great! Cook it and you will like it! It has been a hard week, and there was no chance to refill the tanks in the outdoors because of all the rain coming down. The HQ had been filled with a little water as well, but no real damage. I feel with all the people that got a whole lot of damage in West-Germany these days. It is not too long ago that the HQ was underwater and rebuilt to its current dimensions (2018). We all send you our love and compassion! Today, it was possible to go out for a little hike and discuss the ideas of this week - Light work and the relation between the frame (your shoulders and hips) and the centerline (your spine). The topic has the tendency to get too philosophical. If you don't understand anything, you might also want to watch the last clips of BA-AIKIDO and BA-SYSTEMA.
