Just wanted to shoot a quick video, so 4k30fps, superview, hypersmooth on, everything on auto, iso 100-400, standard bitrate, medium sharpness and gopro color etc. I think it still looks pretty good.

Cooking gluten free food in a tiny galley on a sail boat can be challenging and fun. Join us as we travel the world, cook fantastic food and find out about local produce and dishes. This week make a British classic dish - Fish and chips with mushy peas. It may look a lot, but it is really just three simple steps - fry the potatoes in oil, fry the fish in oil and heat up the peas. ----- Ingredients - Serves 2 4 Medium size Maris Piper Potatoes 2 Fillets of Haddock, Cod or Whiting 300g Mushy peas, Garden Peas or Marrowfat Peas 1 Lemon Gluten free bread Batter Mix 125ml Gluten Free Self Raising Flour 125ml Semi-skimmed Milk Pinch of salt Method Chips - cut the potato into chips about 1cm (½") on their sides. Cook in hot fat for 5 minutes and then remove from the fat and set aside for 5 minutes. Then return them to the fat until they are golden and hard/crispy on the outside Fish - Dry the fish and coat in the batter. Lay the fish into the hot fat - do NOT drop it in. Turn it occasionally to ensure that it is cooked both sides. After about 3 or 4 minutes it will cooked. Place on an oven tray and store in a warm oven to keep it warn whilst excess fat drains off. Mushy peas - open tin. Put in pot. Heat. Serve. In this latest video we sail from Medemblik to the Marker Wadden. An island group created as fish and bird sanctuary. Located in the Markermeer between Hoorn and Lelystad. The Marker Wadden is the newest piece of land that the Netherlands has created. The Dutch have a long history of creating land from the water. Known as polders, this land is normally intended for agricultural or living use. This time it was created to assist nature. On one island people can visit either with day trip ferry service or with their own yacht. A small Marina is available at a reasonable cost of €1.90 per meter per night. Every adventure has a beginning and this channel will document my new adventure on the water. This is my life and my story! I have been adventuring on motorcycles for a long time and have completed most of the motorcycle items on my bucket list. I rode my motorcycle across the USA from East to West, North to South, went all the way north to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and finally all the way south across the continent to Ushuaia, Argentina. In 2020 with the Covid pandemic in full force I visited a sailing school and signed up for the ASA101 class. Han har ett genuint intresse för alla, och det är viktigt för honom att uppmuntra och peppa. 🧡Mikael är en varm och trevlig person som är väldigt omtyckt. Det visar sig verkligen när barnen uttrycker ”Alla borde ha en Mikael hemma”.
