Cooking Fish Soup - Quick & Easy - Mahi Mahi - White fish - Scallops - Clams Here we cook a very easy, quick and delicious fish soup on Mahi Mahi fish, with flavors from garlic, ginger, coconut milk and tomatoes. No problem to change fish, take what you can get hold on. The scallops can you switch to clams if you want. Ingredients: Onion Garlic Ginger Chili flakes Coconut milk Fish broth Tomato pure Ketchup Carrot Potatoes Timjan Scallops or clams Mahi Mahi or white fish Salt and Peper 1: Frie up onion, garlic, ginger and chili flakes, put aside 2: Take coconut milk ad fish broth,tomato pure, ketchup,carrot, potatoes,timjan, salt and pepar. 3: Ad the onion mix. 4: Cook for 20-30min until the carrot and potatoes are soft. 5: Ad the fish and scallops/clams, cook for 3-5min, turn the heat off. 6: Let it rest for 2-3min before you serve. 7: Enjoy with sour dough bread. This is a Hatha yoga session designed to be done just before sleep in bed. There is no gear you need at all, just enough space and maybe shuffle blankets and cushions out of the way. Its a great way to end the day by gently moving the body, calming the nerveous system, letting go of the day and inviting a relaxed state. I know this works as I got really sleepy, just teaching this ;-). If you have essential oils at home, choose a calming blend. Wood Oils are calming and grounding. Lavender, Magnolia and Vetiver are great support for a restful sleep This practice should be accessible for most bodies, but if anything does feel painful or inaccessible, just wait that pose out or change for a different pose you enjoy. On the one hand, you want to disappear in the others' eyes, which is a helpful quality. On the other hand, you are entering a new and not-so-common world called the second World with Don Juan. To do stealth camping successfully, you should aim for a balance of the first world you are leaving behind for a given time and the second world you are "diving" into. Ensure that your body intelligence clearly knows that you enter the second world in a specific space in time. For example, the moment you enter the forest, you're in. That's what I do in this video. Washing the salt water off our dog Lenny with fresh water. Bayly does Laundry in the sea. We keep having to motor and take our sails down because of the unpredictable winds. Finding shipwrecks and dingy ing over to them to explore. We arrive in the beautiful town of Papadopoulou or our way to sail the Greek islands.

6 June 2022 – Temperature 19° Wind on, sails off Departure: 10.15 Arrival: 14.00 Weather: Overcast, 16 degrees and occasional drizzle, later sun and 18 degrees. Wind: 12-20 knots W-SW Distance: 20 miles Details: First leg sailed together with the Welvaeren We wake up with the expected grey clouds, but it is not really cold. Patty gets a sandwich and after breakfast, as agreed, all 4 ships (Welvaren and neighbours and Willem Johannes and neighbours) leave for different destinations. The wind is not very strong then. We decide to set all sails to have a nice speed to Faaborg. We don’t want to sail in too late in case the harbour is secretly fuller after all. Now we can sail wonderfully and catch up with the Welvaeren, whose destination is Lyo By. We will visit the town and port that is new to us: Faaborg. The sun breaks through and the wind picks up, so we end up making speeds of 9 knots. Everything flexes and mooring in the 1st marina is a breeze. Patty had already called the harbour master and there was plenty of room. We were allowed to moor behind the “Mogge” and he laughed when I explained what that means in Dutch. We do a tour of the (deserted) town and the marina and then eat a quick fries before lazing away the rest of the afternoon on board. #Faaborg #sailing #mustocloting

Cependant, dans une optique de transition efficace vers une économie circulaire, de multiples solutions se rependent sur le marché, notamment pour améliorer les chiffres désastreux du recyclage du plastique.   Lors d’une interview faite en octobre 2022, nous avons eu l’opportunité d’échanger avec le directeur scientifique de Carbios, qui nous a présenté leur solution de recyclage basée sur une technologie biologique : l’enzyme. Cette innovation permettrait un recyclage plus performant du PET pour l’ensemble de ses usages ainsi que des textiles en polyester. Nous avons également parlé d’autres utilisations possibles des enzymes pour le traitement d’autres polymères. Certaines sont déjà prouvées d’autres sont en développement.

As we sail in more exposed waters, we also sail into areas of more swell. The disturbed weather patterns of spring time, do not help in finding the calmness one dreams off... the nicest anchorage perhaps is only as good as the sea state is, unless perhaps you have a multihull!
