Hon brinner verkligen för simidrotten och föreningen Varbergs Sim. 😀 Hon är en positiv person som sprider mycket glädje runt omkring sig, och det smittar av sig på alla barn och ungdomar som i sin tur tycker att alla träningar är fantastiskt roliga. ⭐Det märks tydligt på alla barn och ungdomar att Johanna är en otroligt uppskattad tränare, och det finns enligt dem ingen som förtjänar att bli överraskad och firad lika mycket som hon gör.

Vacationing with Justin, Vanna, Sophia and Layne in Destin and a few weeks later, we buddy boat with our friends Jack and Lori. We spend our first nights at anchor since moving to Florida off Egmont Key. It was a great way to spend the 4th of July weekend.

‘Pan-pan pan-pan, this is Silbo, we need help, our engine broke down’. When we were sailing along the North Spanish coast, suddenly we heard this message on the VHF Radio on emergency-channel 16. Silbo was only 1 mile away from us and we decided to sail to them to see if we could help. It turned out the become an adventure for both ships (and Rescue Service was refused by us :).

In this episode we head to England to commence our next big travel adventure, which will be described as a "slow delivery" of a J133 sailboat from England to the USA. Upon arrival in England, we have most of the first day to wait for the boat owner to arrive, so we get a chance to explore the town of Windsor, with it's epic castle backdrop, and then make our way to the nearby World Outrigger Championships where Kevin's aunt Diana is competing with the Canadian contingent. The next day we find the boat, "Assarain IV" (pronounce As-a-rain), at Port Hamble, where we explore and start out journey preps with some maintenance items, shopping, and a few sea trial day sails. Join us on Our Sailing School Adventure - Part 2! We attended Offshore Sailing School in St. Petersburg, FL at the beginning of February. The course was 1 week long and culminated in certifications in Basic Keelboats, Basic Cruising, and Bareboat Cruising. In this video: Day 3 - All hands on deck!! For teams with limited experience in the Sonar and/or sailing in Newport, today was a great opportunity to check those boxes with the Club's fleet available for optional practice. It was a glorious late summer day in Newport and we check in with a few of the teams that took advantage of the conditions, along with event chair AJ Evans.

Playa Fantasia is pure and simple, a tropical paradise tucked away on a beach and Jaco's Garden of Eden. Rich in tropical wildlife and replete with panoramic views, this secluded nature reserve is a paradise like no other. Did you know that Playa Fantasia is located within the Ara Macaw National Wildlife Refuge? Declaration of the Ara Macao National Wildlife Refuge : No. 32611 Important Biological Information It is in the interest of the Costa Rican State to ensure that all ecosystems in the country are represented within the system of protected wild areas, particularly within those management categories that aim to protect, conserve and manage biodiversity. The rocky system of the indicated coastal area is a natural coastal formation with geological, biological, ecological and landscape characteristics unique to Costa Rica, and should be protected given its susceptibility and biological importance. Preliminary studies identified several coral banks with a diversity of species of algae, mollusks and echinoderms; as well as important banks of at least 35 species of fish. Preliminary inventories in the area have identified at least 159 plant species (98 tree species, 21 shrub species, 21 vine species, 3 palm species, 2 epiphyte species, and 14 herb species). Among the species found, Phyllocarpus riedelli stands out, a very rare species that had only been collected in the south of the country and represents a new record for the Central Pacific. Other species in danger of extinction were also identified, such as Tachigali versicolor and garlic (Caryocar costarricense); as well as a germplasm bank of species of forestry interest. In addition, 20 species of reptiles and amphibians (7 frog species, 8 lizard species, and 5 snake species), 116 bird species, and 35 mammal species were identified.
