Energy balls - Recipe Ingredients: • 90g (1 cup) oats • 30g (¼ cup) milled chia seed1 • 30g (¼ cup) milled flaxseed1 • 160g (2/3 cup) almond butter2 • 100g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) maple syrup (or honey) • 60g (½ cup) dried cranberries3 Method: 1. Place a sheet of baking paper onto a baking tray or chopping board. 2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to fully combine. 3. Lightly grease your hands with some vegetable or coconut oil and use your hands to mould the mixture into approximately 12-15 balls. 4. Place these on the pre-prepare baking paper and they are ready to eat immediately or can be stored in an air-tight container for sailing snacks!4 Recipe notes: 1 You can use any ground seeds here at long as they equal ½ cup in total. 2 Almond butter can be substituted for peanut or cashew butter. You can make your own if you are feeling very adventurous! 3 The cranberries can be substituted for any dried fruit, chopped nuts or chocolate chips but I would recommend sticking to approximately ½-¾ cup or the balls may not bind together, and note that this will alter the nutritional information. 4 If you are making them more a few days in advance, store them in the fridge for up to a week or you can freeze them for up to 3 months. They will become dry and crumbly as they get older so I would recommend making them as fresh as possible.

Die Partnachklamm ist schon lang kein Geheimtip mehr. Jedes Jahr besuchen mehr als 300.000 Menschen die Klamm, die bereits im Jahr 1912 touristisch erschlossen und zum Naturdenkmal ernannt wurde. Die Partnachklamm ist mit einer Länge von 699 Metern und einer Tiefe von circa 80 Metern mit Sicherheit einer der Höhepunkte für jeden Besucher in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Sie eignet sich ideal für einen kurzen Ausflug oder als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Touren im Reintal. Bitte beachten, daß man mit dem Auto nicht bis direkt bis zur Partnachklamm fahren kann. Für den Spaziergang zur Klamm sollte man etwa 20 Minuten einplanen. Oder man fährt mit einer der ggf. bereitstehenden Pferdekutschen ganz bequem zur Partnachklamm.

On a passé deux semaines en Tunisie 🇹🇳… mais dans cette vidéo, on ne parle pas de couscous ni de médina : on parle 100% bricolage à bord du voilier 🛠️. 👉 Au programme : ✨ Un peu de vernis pour briller comme jamais 🍳 Un relooking de la cuisine (parce qu’il n’y a pas que les repas qui doivent être appétissants) 🛏️ Nouvelle moquette dans la cabine, pour un confort royal ❄️ Et surtout… le GROS chantier : installation d’un chauffage diesel ! We dive our dinghy 5 miles down the river running through Pisa Italy to go see the leaning tower of Pisa and stop to grab lunch. While we are gone someone cuts the lock off our outboard and steals it along with our full gas tank. Over $2000 worth of stuff stolen. We get back to our boat and leave the river and dock at a marina for the night because we are concerned about having something else stolen in the night. We go to the police station the following day but they do nothing. We look at new outboards and try to decide what to get. We also look at getting apple air tags to put in our stuff to track our stuff if it gets stolen. Austin has to go up the mast to replace our frayed spare halyard with a new one. We get a new outboard, a mercury 3.5. We anchor in a really pretty city beside Portofino.
