Coloque essa mistura em uma tigela e adicione os flocos de aveia, a canela e a essência de baunilha, misture bem. Por último adicione o fermento e misture sem bater muito. Coloque toda a mistura em uma forma de silicone, ou uma forma untada. Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 35 minutos à 180ºC. Half way the western coastline of Corfu, the rocks started changing into green walls in stand of sandstone rock formations. In front of Sinarades, was a large rock that we wanted to explore a bit better. The water was almost transparent turquoise and had a great temperature. We took our drone out and filmed the beautiful scenery.

Becoming ARGO was a massive undertaking – from stripping off the old wrap and sandblasting the hulls (a messy, intense job!). Then applying two coats of epoxy primer, two coats of antifoul, and a race against dark clouds threatening to ruin the finish. The finale was applying the sleek new wrap with ARGO’s official name and logo. Then appeasing Poseidon with a naming ceremony before officially having permission from the Sea God to float upon his oceans. It was a big process, but she looks so great now! In this video, we’ll show you: * The entire hull restoration and rewrapping process for ARGO * The challenges of working with epoxy and antifoul in unpredictable weather *The final naming ceremony to appease Poseidon and seek his blessing for safe sailing Big thanks to Redland City Marina, Signs and Wraps Qld and Atlas Blasting and Coatings to bring this all to life. Spectacular Coastal Trail, Deisel Tank Cleanse & Boat Friends while Prepping for Offshore Sailing: January 15-24, 2021 More waiting for the deisel tank appointment as rain rolls in...but it, thankfully rolls in just as quickly. We take a lovely 15km hike along the coastline to see the incredible Ponta da Piedade viewpoint. Lagos Marina to Praia do Porto de Mos Coastal Route: The cliffs of Ponta da Piedade headland are considered one of the notable natural features of the Algarve. The coastal route offers a way to explore this area. Starting from Lagos Marina, there are foot trails and boardwalks to protect the vegetation, leading down to the cove of Ponta da Piedade. The hike begins at one of the beaches and provides an option to take a shortcut to the west side near Canavial Beach. This route covers a distance of 7.12 km back to the starting point. Ponta da Piedade, translating to Piety Point, is located approximately 3km south of Lagos. This headland is characterized by its exposed and barren nature, with the primary attraction being the cliffs and coastline. The area features the Farol lighthouse, several gift shops, and the Sol Nascente restaurant. Beyond these amenities lies the most stunning section of cliffs, accessible via a staircase of 180 steps leading to the base of a picturesque cove. The effort required to reach this viewpoint is well rewarded with spectacular scenery. Some facts: • A route from Lagos Marina to Praia do Porto de Mos is around 5km one-way. • Time: Typically 1.5 to 2 hours to complete, depending on the route and pace. • Features: Coastal paths, cliff-top views, possible access to small beaches, and historical sites like Ponta da Bandeira Fort. For the last two years, this moment lived only in our imagination… And now, we’ve finally arrived in one of the most breathtaking places on Earth but we have to take an unfavourable weather window or we will be trapped for 10 days by a 35 knot storm... So we set sail, UPWIND, against the trade winds in a boat we have almost no experience on. Beautiful sounds of jazz, island, and pop music added an extra special island atmosphere at Green Island as two world renowned ukulele players performed at Great Adventures Ukulele Island Gig. Thrilling the crowd with his energetic and fun performance, famous Japanese ukulele artist Iwao Yamaguchi, said the ukulele was a peace instrument in bringing people together. And it certainly was as an enthusiastic gathering of the four-stringed instrument's fans came together to enjoy the amazing performances by Hawaii-born Craig Chee and Iwao. Part of the Cairns Ukulele Festival, Craig was also joined on stage by other performers including Matt Dahlberg, Victoria Vox and Lorenzo Vignando. Following their hour-long performances, Craig and Iwao conducted a workshop for enthusiasts to learn some news playing skills. A fun jam session followed to complete the day's program.

Sieger des Hauptlaufes über 11,4 km wurde Martin Lohbreyer in 42:39 Min. 2. wurde Michael Hessling von den TriDucks Dorsten in 42,49 vor Toni Babot Rabsana aus Palma de Mallorca, der in 44,23 Min. den 3. Platz belegte. Bei den Frauen siegte Karina Sauer in 52,51 Min. . Den 5,5 km Lauf gewann Moritz Gandoy Bürger in 19:14 knapp vor Lutz Holste, der mit 19:21 Min. deutlich vor Timm Diekenbrock mit 20:12 Min. ins Ziel lief. Schnellste Frau war hier Talitha Lange in 25:07 Min. Das Silvesterwalken gewann wie immer Edda Schröder, die für 7,5 km 43,33 Min. benötigte. Den Schülerlauf über 2,6 km gewann Teresa Schulte-Wermlinghoff in 9:58 Min. vor Daniel Peitz und Hannah Stöcking. Vollen Einsatz auf den 1,5 Sportplatzrunden zeigten alle Bambinis. Hier stand die Teilnahme am Lauf an sich im Vordergrund.
