Det vi inte visste då var att detta skulle utvecklas till en flerårig kamp mot Försäkringskassan, som slutade i domstol. Vi blev först socialförsäkrade, men när vi meddelade att vi skulle vara utomlands längre än ett år fick vi plötsligt ett beslut om att vi inte längre omfattades av den svenska socialförsäkringen. Detta trots att vi fått motsatt besked muntligt. I det här avsnittet får ni följa: – Hur olika handläggare gav helt olika svar – Hur vi lärde oss tolka lagen själva – Hur vi tog hjälp av jurist – Hur vi omprövade beslutet – Hur vi till slut hamnade i förvaltningsrätten Och mitt i allt detta försöker vi samtidigt leva vårt liv ombord, ta emot besök av familj och utforska Martiniqu, bland annat det fantastiska vattenfallet Cascade de Didier. Det här är en personlig berättelse om byråkrati, maktlöshet, juridik, frustration, men också om att stå upp för sina rättigheter. Created in 2000 by Azimut|Benetti Group founder Paolo Vitelli, Benetti Yachtmaster continues to be a unique platform for dialogue between the Shipyard and the global yachting community.
