A Heartfelt Reunion in Brindisi was a Sailing Detour Worth Every Moment. In this deeply personal episode, we take a break from our typical sailing adventures to visit Brindisi, Italy—where we reconnect with family we haven’t seen in decades. It's a side of our journey we don’t often share, but this reunion was too meaningful not to document. From heartfelt conversations to exploring the beauty of Brindisi with loved ones, this stop reminded us what truly matters. Join us for an intimate, emotional chapter of our Mediterranean voyage. What an honor to see a family member that I have not seen since he was 3 and I was 11. I got to meet his beautiful wife and three lovely girls. They made us feel like Kings and Queens and shared with us their beautiful city and wonderful life. Our channel is all about sailing the Mediterranean. We help anyone who wants to sail the Mediterranean, whether they are brand new at it, aspiring to go, or just arm-chair traveling. We generally post about our adventures with beautiful scenery and helpful hints, but we also post about the challenges too and how we resolve them. Attitude is everything! In this case, we were filled with love and joy and calories and more love. We wish the same for you!

8 Anni Fa, un Momento Leggendario: Il Nostro Patto con Nettuno nel Cuore del Pacifico! 🌊🔱✨ Aprile 2017. L'avventura completa, dalle sfide alle meraviglie, vi aspetta qui: https://youtu.be/fgdYQqeIoj4?si=5byUrE9QFxrXHl6g #Equatore #TributoANettuno #OceanoPacifico #Navigazione #Vela #Avventura #Panama #IsoleMarchesi #CrossingTheLine #VitaInBarca #RicordiDiViaggio #Mare #TradizioniMarinare

We’ve been at sea for 20 days, and we still have 3000 nautical miles ahead of us. But as tear our best sail in pirate waters it feels like we’ll never get there. Sailing across the Pacific Ocean is proving to be filled with many highs and lows. Being adrift in the doldrums, hasn’t been easy and it’s about to get a whole lot harder. This has been our toughest leg, so crossing the equator is a huge milestone. Excuse the click-bait-ish title :) La Palma is probably our new favourite destination. It's a Spanish Hawaii - volcanoes, lush green national parks, salsa dancing in the streets and beautiful old towns This island is truly bananas! What an epic way for us to wrap up In hindsight, we perhaps should have stayed a bit longer in La Palma as the 2023 season is extremely busy, and we are still waiting—slightly depressed—for a spot in the marina. Wish us luck! Thanks for watching! ocean sailing doesn't always guarantee nice weather or a protected Anchorage. the reality is, sometimes the weather pops up and requires that you drop the hook in an exposed Anchorage where the swell is not aligned with the wind. not only is this extraordinary really uncomfortable, but can sometimes be very dangerous. if you know how and when to set a swell bridle, you can enjoy a pleasant night while waiting out the weather! #sailing #bahamas #cruising #sailboat #seamanship #anchoring

In this video, I show you how I perform basic maintenance on a Mariner 3.5 HP 4-stroke outboard engine. We change the engine oil, gear case lubricant, spark plug, and the water pump impeller. I also test the engine on a custom-made wooden stand I built myself, using a bucket of water for cooling simulation. Perfect if you want to keep your outboard in good shape and do the work yourself without complications. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This video is for informational and documentary purposes only. Performing mechanical maintenance involves risks. If you choose to replicate any of the steps shown, you do so at your own risk.
