We need to check in every month and our Aupair Diana cannot stay more than one month anyway because she is Colombian. But we had enough time to explore all the atolls and to make some nice scuba diving. Navigation is so stressful into the reef and the atolls because it’s so shallow and charts are not so accurate. salut les loulous ⚓⛵ Ce matin, j’ai commencé la journée par une petite lessive improvisée, les pieds dans l’eau tiède de ma grande bassine. Un moment simple, rythmé par le clapotis . Plus tard, je me suis attaqué à mon vieux masque de plongée, fidèle compagnon depuis plus de vingt ans. Avec les moyens du bord un morceau de chambre à air je lui ai offert une seconde vie. Une réparation de fortune, mais pleine de satisfaction. J’ai pris le temps de vérifier les réparations effectuées en navigation, notamment les drosses de barre. Tout semble tenir bon, et cela me rassure. Le temps est splendide aujourd’hui, alors je me suis laissé tenter par une balade dans le désert du Cap-Vert. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle : vastes étendues silencieuses, lumière éclatante, et cette sensation de liberté absolue. Un décor brut et magnifique. In this action-packed episode, we enter the Crinan Canal, hoping for a smooth transition from Scotland’s west coast to its inland beauty — but things don’t exactly go to plan.
