The 2009 OAMPS Australian Youth Sailing Team took part in a training camp in Brisbane in April. The team will be competing in the 2009 ISAF Volvo Youth Sailing World Championship in Brazil in June

Drama Queen, a 12m Dazcat racer cruiser won the MOCRA class in her first ever race, RWYC's Plymouth-Falmouth-Fowey (aka Triangle) Race at the beginning of May 2009. Two firsts and a second on the three legs gave her the overall win - not bad for a boat laden down with a full fridge and lawn furniture.
