Two Dazcats competed in the MOCRA class in the RWYC's Alan Cummings Plymouth-Falmouth-Fowey race this year - 1150 Drama Queen and 1195 Sueños. The latest LeisureCat 7000 Gamefisher is designed with a large, uncluttered deck that is so desired by fishermen, divers, rescue and police groups alike. It has a safety one-piece windscreen for greater vision forward. Side windows slide forward or back to give the best advantage for airflow. For the weekend family it has a comfortable double berth cabin with lift-up hatch giving standing dressing room and a chemical toilet. Once the hatch is lowered the whole area becomes one huge sleeping compartment. The deck is fully moulded with luxury helm and passenger seats with backward facing bench seats, all with stowage under. There is a large removable esky/kill tank centrally located in the cockpit with cushioned seat on top. A rear access door opens to a swim platform between the engines. Side bolsters, side pockets, rod holders in coaming, plenty of stainless grab rails all make the 7000 Gamefisher a pleasure for all. The LeisureCat full-length wavebreaker ensures a cushioned ride in all conditions.

After requests from fishermen for a larger version of the very popular 8000 Sportsfisher, LeisureCat/AussieCat Australia have taken the tough 9000 Profisher hull and added an open-plan superstructure similar to the 8000 model. With its overall length of 9.95m (32'6") and 2.9m (9'6") beam, the 9000 Kingfisher is everything the offshore sports fisherman needs. The large, open deck space has plenty of room for a game chair and clear vision for the helmsman to assist the fisherman at the business end of the rod. Comforts have still been catered for with a huge double berth and stand-up dressing area in forward cabin and electric toilet. As with all our craft, deck layout can be designed to suit the individual. The craft displayed here has been fitted with many options, including wide, L-shaped bench seats and removable dinette table and sink fitted under the helmsman's seat. It has also been fitted with lined interior, bolsters, roof hatches and carpeted deck. This particular craft will be the envy of all the owner's contemporaries wherever he ventures offshore.
