We have finally finished blue water outfitting our Catamaran and we are leaving Fort Lauderdale. Lauderdale Marine center is a great marina but the highway is just too close and loud for our liking. We navigate down the gorgeous New River of Lauderdale and stop in the ICW where pick up our broker friend James Fachtmann who has offered to sail with us to Miami. There we will pick up Brad's life long friend Ken Penner who will sail with us across the Gulf Stream and onto Nassau, New Providence Island, Bahamas.
