Returning to the spot of a tragic event may bring back those feelings of fear or anxiety. 4. 👥People: This sometimes leaves one with fear or anxiety, especially when related to previous adverse experiences. 5. 🤝Touch: It also evokes extremely strong reactions. Something that is safe to feel when embraced warmly may be painful if not invited. Knowing these triggers will help you overcome them much better.
