Nothing better than sailing someplace and doing a 50th wedding anniversary for clients. I love doing Anniversaries as I feel as if cooking for them lets me share in the experience a bit and I get to gain a small picture of their lives. The crocks for the French Onion Soup they received as wedding gifts 50 years ago. It was great using them as an addition to their experience. The sail over was quick.
