► We got our first look at the MC75 in La Grande-Motte. But this model isn’t exactly new, with hull #1 having been launched in 2023 and already completed two seasons in the Mediterranean and one in the Caribbean. ► On board, it’s all about luxury and comfort, but performance hasn’t been overlooked, judging by the daggerboards - which retract in the event of striking something - that plunge to almost 15 feet (4.5 meters) below the surface. The builder promises, in certain conditions, speeds equal to those of the wind. We’re willing to believe it, since this catamaran, over 76 feet (23 meters) long, was clocked at 29 knots! Also worth noting is the structure of this multihull, which doesn’t feature a forward crossbeam - the architects drew direct inspiration from the foiling catamarans that competed in the America’s Cup by adopting a central carbon longeron. ► A test sail will be featured in an upcoming issue of Multihulls World. ► Technical Specifications: Builder: McConaghy Architects: Ker Yacht Design Length: 76’5” (23.3 m) Beam: 32’2” (9.8 m) Draft: 14’9” (4.5 m) (boards down) Sail area: 3,207 sq ft (298 m²) Motors: 2 x 150 HP Price: $ 7,000,000 ex-tax ► Sign up for our newsletter and win a free two-month subscription to Multihulls World by clicking here: https://bit.ly/48JP1Vk ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 600 multihulls tests! Bedfore we begin, YouTube was started in 2005 and we uploaded our first video, the 2007 Sydney Hobart Race in early 2008, and after the Global Financial Crisit hit in late 2008 we started the "World on Water" weekly global Sailing Show, uploading every week, until now. During that time there have been many sailing highlights but none more spectacular than this week in the Loro Piana Giraglia, the Yacht Club Italiano’s offshore race from Saint-Tropez to Genoa via the Giraglia Rock.Owner, S H, has had faith in David Witt and his Scallywag crew that they could produce a race winning 100 foot Superyacht, and this week he was rewarded, as Sun Hung Kai Scallywag, won the Loro Piana race beating the newest and best maxis in the Northern Hemisphere. Witty had onboard as tactician, ex skipper of Peter Harburgs' maxi Black Jack, North Sails Mark Bradford. Together they found the lifts and shifts during the race to beat off Lindsay Owen-Jones' brand new Magic Carpet E. Not bad for a ten year old boat? Congratulations S H and the crew of Scallywag. It's an emotive visit to the boat in Caen for Pip. There is a long and uncertain road ahead for Pip, but it is with huge thanks and gratitude to everyone who has shown incredible support in helping get the boat back to France. Here is an update from Pip on what is next. Relive the highlights of the Bol d’Or du Léman with Sails of Change.More than 15 hours of racing, night-time finishes, and a tight battle until the very last miles for both boats! The Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour moves on to Brindisi where the Regatta Sports Program Takes Place but Village Events are Cancelled due to Mourning. The second day of regattas reserved for the WASZP and WING classes took place regularly in the Brindisi basin. The particular wind conditions allowed the entire scheduled competition program to be carried out and there was no shortage of excitement. The teams challenged each other with adrenaline-filled tacks and evolutions, attracting many citizens and tourists who populate the Salento city these days to the docks. It's one of a kind. The RRD One hour classic Foil 2025.It consists of an hour and a little more flight on the water, 21 sides completed, and an international podium thrilling day 2, which saw a much higher performance than on day one thanks to more favorable conditions. The Jean Genie has won 5.5 Metre World Championship in Sopot. The Jean Genie, GBR 43, with Peter Morton, Andrew Palfrey, Ruairidh Scott, has won the 2025 5.5 Metre World Championship in Sopot Poland, after the final day of racing. Aspire finally ended up second with Ku-Ring-Gai III in third. Race wins on the final day went to Ku-Ring-Gai III and The Jean Genie in the slightly lighter northerly breeze.

In the early 1980s, deep in Tasmania’s untouched wilderness, 1,200 ordinary people were arrested in a battle that divided the nation. We’ve just arrived at the Gordon River, a 172 km long river in the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage listed area. Our goal is to head as far as we possibly can upstream to the Frankln River to find out why this protest against flooding the region was so important. Enjoying the episodes? We just sold our boat… So why are we going back onto the boat we just sold? After racing across America on our road trip in our last travel vlog, plans changed as soon as this little sailing family arrived and we found ourselves heading straight back to our boat on sailing sunday. In this episode, we take you through the chaotic 7-day turnaround in Vancouver and the cross-country drive back to living on a boat. But theres something much bigger behind all this chaos and by the end of this video you’ll see, this is only the beginning... If you enjoy our journey and want to support our travel channel, the best thing you can do is share this video with a friend or someone who loves sailing or travel 🙌 We’re a full-time sailing family documenting life on the water, off-grid living, and travel adventures around the world. #sailing #boatlife #travelvlog #offgrid #familytravel 👇 Drop a comment: ⛵️ KEEP UP WITH OUR ADVENTURES! ▶️ WATCH MORE: https://bit.ly/sailingsunday ☕️ Join our Patreon Crew!: https://www.patreon.com/sailingsunday 📸 Follow us on Instagram (Daily Stories & Updates!): @sailing_sunday 🛒 Support Our Journey & Grab Our Merch: https://svsunday.com/online-shop-home/ 🌎 Website: https://www.svsunday.com

This American classic is back with a boat that will be perfect for those who are looking for something with a bit of get up and go but is also the best use of cockpit space in 32ft that i've seen in a while. She's fast, fun and lively to drive. Would make a perfect inshore day boat and overnighter and will keep you dry and protected from the sun, wind or even snow as i discovered on this shoot. I believe Sea Ray is at the beginning of another march to the top of Sports Boat popularity as they were for so many years in Australia so keep an eye on this brand and let me know what you think of this boat in the comments. Please Enjoy, Dan Jones
