Balıkları var mı diye sormaya çalışırken baktık yengeç avlıyorlar. Çığlık çığlığa çevrelerinden dolanıp yengeç almaya çalışırken dev yengeçleri resmen bize hediye ettiler. Bir sonraki durağımız Estancia Harberton'da demiri bıraktıktan sonra keyifle yengeç partisi yaptık. Estancia Harberton beyaz adamın ateş topraklarındaki ilk yerleşimi ve 5. kuşak tarafından işletilen 20 hektarlık bir çiftlik. Ancak bu çiftlik arazisinde yürümemize izin vermemeleri biraz kafamızı bozdu ve ertesi gün hemen yandaki Bahia Relegada'ya geçtik. Koydan koya zıplarken kendimizi Centolla ya da King Crab denilen meşhur yengeçlerin satıldığı restoranlarla dolu Almanza Koyu'nda bulduk. Hep beraber Beagle Kanalı'na girişimizi kutlamak için yemeğe çıktı ama yengeç sipariş etmeye kimsenin eli gitmedi. Aladık ki biz hayatımızın fırsatını gole çevirmişiz. Ve Arjantin'deki son durağımız Ushuaia'ya nihayet ulaştık. We anchored our sail boat off Losari Beach in the centre of the action for the F8 Festival Airshow in the Indonesian City of Makassar. The Navy arrived first. Then the Air Force made a dramatic entrance overhead. Our Dreamtime appeared to be the epicentre of the fighter jets attention as they made pass after pass over our masts. Then the paratroopers dropped in for a visit complete with a huge Indonesian flag. They all landed safely ashore so the rescue boats had an easy afternoon. The jets made their farewell pass, the navy headed home and we enjoyed another stunning sunset before going ashore to join the party. Living at anchor isn't always smooth sailing! In this episode, we face terrifying situation when a nearby boat lose their holding and start dragging in high winds- right towards us! With only one engine working on our Lagoon 410 catamaran, maneuvering is tricky, and then a frontal system moves in, making things even more intense. Despite the chaos, we manage to persevere, find solutions, and even squeeze in some much-needed rest and fun. Life aboard with a family of seven is always an adventure-join us for the ride!

We can taste it, just 200 more miles left to go. With huge weather north of us we took a small window to make tracks. We have some big jobs planned, we just need to get to Saint Marten so we can start on them. Plus the Superbowl is on Sunday and Yvette has never seen the game before! We also need to focus on jobs that will help us right now, and not stuff for 2 years in the future. We found the perfect size dishwasher, so we need to take out a fridge and put in the dishwasher. Our dive trip to the "Last Place on Earth" - Raja Ampat in December of 2019. It was an incredible dive trip with awesome people and an amazing crew and dive team. Diving from the Dewi Nusantara is truly the most luxurious and comfortable way to dive one of the best diving destinations of the world. We saw so many schools of fish, manta rays, eagle rays, bumphead parrotfish, sea turtles, black tip sharks, the wobbegong shark, a bamboo shark, flamboyant cuttlefish, batfish, so many different groupers, schooling jacks and barracuda, pygmy seahorses, and so much more. Dopo il lungo viaggo da Milano a Savusavu ci troviamo ad affrontare un problema piuttosto fastidioso: un'infiltrazione d'acqua la cui origine e' sconosciuta e misteriosa... insomma, non riusciamo a capire da dove arrivi. Trascorriamo quasi 2 mesi nel Marina di Nawi smontando e rimontando, risigillando, aprendo, richiudendo, svitando e avvitando mezza barca. Aspettiamo i giorni soleggiati per applicare il sigillante e poi quelli piovosi per verificare il nostro lavoro. Intanto il tempo passa e la frustrazione aumenta, procediamo per esclusione. Poi, un giorno, dopo aver pensato anche di cambiare barca 😉 l'infiltrazione sparisce, incredibile, ma abbiamo risolto!
