Finalmente ritorniamo in patria dopo tanti anni di Grecia. La traversata nel mar Ionio è stata abbastanza sofferta. Siamo partiti sfruttando una finestra tra varie perturbazioni affrontando mare e vento. Nella prima notte c'è chi è andato in panico, gli altri non erano molto affidabili per governare il timone. Le onde hanno smosso tutto lo sporco accumulato sul fondo dei serbatoi che ha otturato filtri e circuito per la nafta. Grazie al vento siamo riusciti ad avvicinarci a circa 25 miglia da Crotone, le ultime miglia le abbiamo fatte grazie ad un day tank improvvisato.
