Ausgangspunkt ist die einfache Frage: Was ist das Ziel eures Turns – Urlaub, Meilensammeln oder Abenteuer? Erst wenn das klar ist, lassen sich Distanzen, Tageslängen und Revier sinnvoll wählen. Die beiden besprechen, wie du eine klassische Charterwoche strukturierst: Anreise- und Übergabetag, kurze Etappe zu Beginn, längerer Schlag, danach wieder kürzere Strecken. Dabei warnen sie vor zwei kritischen Punkten: dem dritten Tag, an dem Routine einsetzt, aber Müdigkeit spürbar wird, und dem letzten Tag, an dem viele innerlich schon im Alltag sind und Fehler passieren können. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist das Bordleben: Wie du Erwartungen früh ansprichst, damit sich niemand ausgenutzt fühlt. Wie du Essen und Vorräte planst – von Faustregeln für Mengen bis hin zu Trinkwasser (rund zwei Liter pro Person und Tag) – und warum Alkohol während des Segelns kaum eine Rolle spielen sollte. Zum Schluss zeigen Clemens und Claus, wie ein einfacher Aufgabenplan nach Kabinen hilft, Verantwortung fair zu verteilen und Konflikte zu vermeiden.
