Bringing an EPRIB on a plane can be difficult if you do not have the right documents to show at the security check. In this video we go through the documents that we brought with us when we had the EPIRB in the hand luggage on the airplane. In addition to what follows the products in the box, we had the following documents: Classification Flowchart - Litium Metal Batteries MED-B Tron 60AIS (European approval, product) MED-D (European approval, Production) PSI Tron 60AIS UN 38.3 Test Summary report Tron 60AIS Declaration of Conformity, Tron 60AIS Inventory of haz mat, Tron 60AIS (2 pages/Sheet) This was all printed out on paper, and put in the tray for inspection together with the EPIRB. The security had a look at the EPIRB, and then on all the documents. They did not check the documents, so my guess is that since I was so well prepared, I probably had everything in full order.

Episode 26 of Short Stories follows our first ever Short Marine Social Club client event, a day out on the water exploring the iconic Tangalooma Wrecks. We picked up our customers from Runaway Bay before heading north in convoy, with the weather absolutely turning it on for the day. The fleet made its way across the bay, with us aboard the Regal 38 SAV, enjoying a perfect run over to Moreton Island. Great boats, great people, and one of Queensland’s most incredible boating destinations. Days like this are exactly what the Short Marine community is all about.

I had this old low resolution video of some home improvement projects I did when I was living in California. I got rid of the copyrighted music soundtrack and added some quick text to describe what was going on. I remodeled the townhome by painting, replacing the flooring (including the stairs, which were a high traffic area), painted, and baseboards. I remodeled the home by getting rid of the popcorn ceiling, reconfigured some walls/studs, drywall, texture, painting, slab repair, laid 18" travertine in the high traffic areas, replaced a sliding glass door with a door, replaced all the doors and jambs, all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures, lighting. Funny story, I put a fence in so I could store my toys in the backyard. A neighbor complained to the city. I was told I had to put a driveway in, I couldn't drive across my lawn. I didn't want to put a driveway in, I liked my grass, so I parked my toys on the street, since that was legal. Just had to move them for street sweeper day. I bet the neighbor regretted complaining to the city about my fence after that!

De promouvoir les transports maritimes écologiques et économes en énergie (Cargo Voile). De promouvoir les actions pour l'environnement de nos partenaires institutionnels. De rendre compte sur le site du projet de l'avancée des différentes étapes puis de la navigation pendant la course et du bilan énergétique après course. De communiquer sur la protection de l'environnement maritime auprès des élèves des écoles qui participeront au concours « décore ton voilier pour la Route du Rhum ».
