Can you bring an EPRIB on a plane?

Bringing an EPRIB on a plane can be difficult if you do not have the right documents to show at the security check. In this video we go through the documents that we brought with us when we had the EPIRB in the hand luggage on the airplane. In addition to what follows the products in the box, we had the following documents: Classification Flowchart - Litium Metal Batteries MED-B Tron 60AIS (European approval, product) MED-D (European approval, Production) PSI Tron 60AIS UN 38.3 Test Summary report Tron 60AIS Declaration of Conformity, Tron 60AIS Inventory of haz mat, Tron 60AIS (2 pages/Sheet) This was all printed out on paper, and put in the tray for inspection together with the EPIRB. The security had a look at the EPIRB, and then on all the documents. They did not check the documents, so my guess is that since I was so well prepared, I probably had everything in full order.
