The hardest part is building the shower. When the shower phase is completed, the Owners version conversion will start to shape up quickly! This is a massive project, but it will be will worth it in the end! Owners version catamaran sailboats are typically valued at 15-20 percent more than a charter version and even though our catamaran is older, we think this renovation is going to add a lot of value to our sailboat! I was on deck gazing at the stars a few hours ago when I received the news that my mother just passed away. She was my inspiration. She never made it on board my boat. Everything I did in life was in part to make her proud. She has been suffering from dementia for a few years; like others, the last few years have been hard on her because of the isolation. Today is our last day exploring English Harbour Antigua before setting sail tomorrow to Guadeloupe.
