Il 2019 è stato un anno davvero eccezionale: 10 vacanze in barca a vela organizzate, che hanno portato 23 equipaggi per un totale di ben 188 persone a vivere il nostro bellissimo mare da un punto di vista alternativo e privilegiato! Abbiamo fatto bagni fuori stagione, ci siamo crogiolati al sole, aperitivato al tramonto e chiacchierato in pozzetto con gli amici fino a tarda notte, per poi contemplare il magnifico spettacolo del cielo stellato; abbiamo atteso per ore un filo di vento, veleggiato sbandati al limite della bolina oppure con un buon vento in poppa fino alle veleggiate notturne ascoltando il silenzioso fruscio dello scafo sull'acqua; abbiamo toccato rive sconosciute, visitato isole deserte e fatto amicizia con tartarughe giganti; a volte siamo crollati dalla stanchezza sui divanetti mentre i nostri amici ancora festeggiavano o siamo stati tentati di mollare tutto per lo sconforto... ma mai abbiamo assaporato momenti così sinceri e liberi, che ci hanno immancabilmente donato immensa gioia. Sur les berges , faire le tours côté « EST »pour aller voir nos superbe monolithes. -Retour de justesse 😂 les pieds presqu’à l’eau. -Amarré à quai pour la nuit . -Le lendemain chacun notre tour ,sans Niña , on fait une marche sur la promenade à l’intérieur de l’île . (prise de Photo et récolte de petit fruit sauvages . -Vue les Vents non favorable pour nous et belle rencontre nous sommes rester 3 jours . Voilier Biloup⛵️

Our family sailing adventure continues with the Sailing Kids on day 3 of the summer holiday trip, as the Covid-19 / Coronavirus pandemic is well underway, Blake also discusses his thoughts on the current situation, including what our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern told us to do. After sailing from Kawau Island to Waiheke, Blake and Toby sailing anchor at Man O’ War bay on Waiheke Island. Unfortunately they leave their cousins, but have a lot of fun at the Man O’ War winery, playing games and then having an epic beach run. Toby lost the first run, his dad should had realised that winning the race possibly wasn’t the best idea… Toby cried at the end of the race, so we followed up with a second beach run and Toby won the race. That night we realised dad had lost his wallet at the winery, so we went back to shore the next day on the dinghy / tender and luckily got it back thanks to the nice staff on the day. We then finish by continuing on our summer holiday sailing trip to the Coromandel. See you next time!
