Just sailing

In this episode we begin by visiting another Ati Village on Panay. We had a great time playing soccer with the kids, doing crafts with them and fellowshipping around a meal. Later that night we head to dinner at Mongolian BBQ and walk the night market at D' Talipapa. We end this episode by hiring a local sailboat called a 'Paraw' and sailing along the beach stopping to snorkel with the kids. This was definitely a highlight of the trip. Our Red Potato Salad was created over 4 years ago and perfected each time until it was a Family Favorite! After several fails of Mushy Potatoes, we started Boiling the Potatoes WHOLE with the Red Skins on. This was a game changer! We also stopped using Mayonnaise because of the ingredients that are in it. That's where we discovered that Greek Yogurt and Sour Cream with Dijon Mustard was the perfect combination we were looking for!
