Idag hyllar vi Liselotte Johansson, som med stort engagemang varje vecka inspirerar barn och ungdomar till att orientera. 🌳 Med sitt stora engagemang är Liselotte en mycket uppskattade ledare i OK löftan där hon varit tränare i sju år. Hon är otroligt pedagogisk och får med sig både de yngre barnen på ett otroligt sätt. Man märker att barnen uppskattar Liselotte då väldigt få barn slutar under tiden de har henne som tränare. 🏃🏼‍♀‍🏃🏾💨 I orientering behöver barn ofta hjälp av sina föräldrar för att kunna hålla på med sporten. Liselotte lyckas engagera hela familjen till att trivas och ha trevligt på både träningar och tävlingar. Bland annat anordnade hon en kurs för föräldrar till nybörjargruppen över en helg som var mycket uppskattad och har gjort att många barn från gruppen har kommit och sprungit tävlingar tillsammans med sina föräldrar. 🏕 Liselotte är framåt i sitt eget ledarskap, utbildar sig fortlöpande och vill hela tiden bli en bättre tränare för våra barn och ungdomar. Hon har på eget initiativ tagit fram material för träningar vilket gör det enkelt att slussa in nya tränare i klubben. Hon tar också ett stort socialt ansvar och ser till att OK löftan har gemensamma träningar tillsammans med andra föreningar. Och att läger och roliga aktiviteter blir möjliga.

I take advantage of some nice sunny weather to get the mould washed off my boat cover. The trouble with the cover is that it gets folded up when not used so it can get a bit damp and mouldy if not kept in check. I then fill all the little holes in the spars where the screws have been used to hang them for varnishing. Lastly we cut a new door for the battery box and test it out to check it all works OK.
