Dear friends and relatives Finally I had time to sort through the various video material that had accumulated. As a change to the travelogues I present you today a cooking video. Ok, it is not a summer menu, which I present to you, but a stew. It was created in the winter camp in Almerimar, where despite the mild temperatures, you feel like something like this again. To all vegetarians among you I can recommend to simply leave out the meat. With the sailing ship you are well known not only on the road but on the contrary very often stationary at anchor or in a port. Especially the last 2 seasons with the various lockdowns due to the Corona pandemic one was forced to stay at the same place for a longer time. Because of the limited freedom of movement, what else can you do but work a little longer in the galley on board? You can't clean the ship every day and retighten all the screws. That's why I had the idea to give you an insight into the kitchen of our catamaran Zubenubi. Enjoy the video and if you like it, please leave a Like. Als Abwechslung zu den Reiseberichten präsentiere ich Euch heute mal ein Kochvideo. Ok, es ist kein Sommermenü, welches ich Euch präsentiere, sondern ein Schmorgericht. Es entstand im Winterlager in Almerimar, wo man trotz der milden Temperaturen auch wieder mal Lust auf sowas hat. Allen Vegetariern unter Euch kann ich empfehlen, einfach das Fleisch weg zu lassen. Mit dem Segelschiff ist man bekanntlich nicht nur unterwegs sondern im Gegenteil sehr oft stationär vor Anker oder in einem Hafen. Insbesondere die vergangenen 2 Saisons mit den verschiedenen Lockdowns aufgrund der Corona Pandemie war man gezwungen, längere Zeit am gleichen Ort zu verweilen. Was bleibt einem da infolge der eingeschränkten Bewegungsfreiheit übrig, als an Bord auch mal etwas länger in der Kombüse zu werken. Man kann ja nicht jeden Tag das Schiff reinigen und alle Schrauben nachziehen. Darum kam ich auf die Idee, als Variante mal einen Einblick in die Küche unseres Katamarans Zubenubi zu geben. well we found just about every piece of slag on the beach. It was definatley a day for patience and just enjoying the surroundings. Winter in Southern California is like spring everywhere in the Northern Lattitudes...Lots of trash targets slag is melted aluminum or other cheap metral usually in globs small to large but rings up like a gold nugget

Port de Addaya ist eine lange nach Süden auslaufende Bucht, die aufgrund vorgelagerter Inseln und des bogenförmigen Verlaufes gegen alle Winde bestens geschützt ist. Auch der Seegang kommt hier bei starken nördlichen Winden nicht herein. Die Wetterprognose ist gut und so entschließe ich mich, eine Wanderung auf dem Cami des Cavalls zu machen, der hier vorbeiführt. Der Weg führt rund um die ganze Insel, ist gut beschildert und sehr gepflegt.
