Leaving the island of Naxos we head to Paros, seeking shelter we drop the anchor in the bay outside the harbour. The harbour is almost empty, and after seeking permission we decide that being moored in there is going to be a safer option, and will allow us to leave the boat and explore this beautiful island. To do our check in we have to take the bus to the port of Parikia where we are fortunate to see the Greek Independence day parade. First light and we are on the move to the well-known Paxos which is famous for its stunning waters & atmospheric little village. Both tanks cannot be removed and both tanks are needed for us to get out of the marina.
