C'est une question qui revient très souvent. Voici une petite vidéo qui j'espère vous aidera à choisir entre les modèles généraux (principalement CEP et GFS) et les modèles haute résolution (Hirlam, Arome, GCWF, Arpege, NAM, Harmonie, ...). Les modèles généraux couvrent l'ensemble de la planète. Ils ont une résolution qui varie entre 0,125° pour le CEP (7,5 milles) et 0,25° pour le GFS (15 milles), un pas de temps de 3 heures et une échéance à 10 jours ou plus. ils sont utilisés pour les longues navigations ou pour les prévisions à moyen et long terme. Les modèles haute résolution (Hirlam, Arome, GCWF, Arpege, NAM, Harmonie, ...) couvrent des zones plus réduites: un continent, un pays ou juste une région. Ils ont une résolution généralement comprise entre 1 et 10 km. Ils ont un pas de temps horaire, ce qui apporte de la finesse dans l'analyse et une échéance plus courte (36 à 96 heures selon les modèles). This is a 50 minute slow paced yin yoga session aboard Polykandros in Bozborun, Turkey. The practices in this session nourish the whole body and will help you wind down, breathe and relax. You will need comfortable clothes, that you can freely move in, a yoga mat and a yoga bolster. If you don't have a bolster you can roll up a cushion, blanket or towel like I do in this session. If its cold where you are I recommend to have a cushion and blanket for the last pose, Shavasana, full resting pose. The video will stop, but I do recommend you stay on your mat for 5-10 minutes after the practice lying on your back or on your side to allow your body to integrate the movements and allow it to rest for a short period. Please never do any poses that are not accessible for your body or cause you pain. We can sometimes experience a bit of discomfort, but its one thing we have learn when practicing yoga to make a difference between discomfort and pain. If you like to use essential oils for your practice I recommend the doTERRA Balance blend under your feet and if it resonates over belly and heart and have a deep inhale from the bottle. This video is a compilation taken from probably the best parts of 2019, it covers our journey from Northern Italy where we wintered to Meganisi in Greece where we finished our summer season. It also has footage of the sailing scenes from the new James Bond movie No Time to Die (or Bond 25 as we knew it), we are the crew that sailed the boat a spirit 46 called Happenstance with Daniel Craig and "taught him the lines" so to speak. We also sailed the Spirit 46 Happenstance 850 from Jamaica back to Fort Lauderdale (via the Bahamas) to return her to her owner after the movie shoot in Jamaica was finished. There is a plethora of drone footage and a little bit of diving and sight seeing along the way and of course some sailing scenes ! we hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it !
