For almost a full year, we looked for a hybrid electric propulsion system. That experience left us extremely frustrated and burned us. We were shocked by the lack of information, communication (we even got ghosted) and those Out of This World Prices. We were just about to Give Up trying to find a greener solution for our expedition sailboat, when we heard about Jack Patton. That moment was life changing for our boat project. We had finally found the perfect propulsion system, priced right, with some amazing features and real-life stats to back it. And so, we decided to go All-Electric. Yes! All-Electric Arctic Sailing Is Possible. Jack was in the same boat as we were, but he decided to take matters into his own hands. While sailing the Pacific Ocean, he created his own company and tested his products. He got the diesel engine out and converted his 30,000 pound Passport 42 Sailboat with a Complete Electric Propulsion Motor System. We thought that doing an interview with Jack Patton of Powerflow Marine would be the best way to present our Complete Electric Propulsion System. We will be going through the entire 48v system (electric motor, display, cooling unit, batteries, solar panels, etc.) and more. Jack has some incredible stories and amazing stats to share too. That interview will make you save time, money and unwanted stress for your future conversion. And finally, we will announce what will be the first destination of our Epic Sailing Journey in the Great North, the Arctic, Greenland and more.
