Y vi jugar al equipo de mis amores y aunque pase sinsabores a mi cuadro lo banque pinte de verde mi cuarto y mi bicicleta y me compre una camiseta con la cara de Garré. Aquel verano cuando empezaron las clases la señorita Garlace la bienvenida nos dio y era mi banco junto al de una compañera, morocha linda y bostera perfumada de alcanfor. Creo que era la tercera de la lista fue amor a primera vista su mirada me cegó era de tarde era la clase de pintura yo admiraba su hermosura y fui de boca por amor. Y desde entonces fui xeneize con el alma a los muchachos de la cuadra desafiaba sin temor. Dicen que el verde es suma de azul y amarillo y me estampe unos calzoncillos con un gol de Maradó. Pero la ingrata no me hizo ni un comentario le dio su amor a un otario que era hincha de gualeguay. Y yo quede mas solo y triste que un arquero sin pelota y sin potrero gritando un gol en orsai. Meses después fui al circo de Sarrasani en el estadio Amalfitani y me hice hincha de la B era de velez pero deje de repente para ser de independiente diablo rojo hasta la mue Fui Funebrero, de Aldosovi, de Tallares, de Gimnasia, Cambaceres, de Estudiantes y de Unión, de San Lorenzo, de Español y de Belgrano, Sacachipas, de Italiano, de Central y de Morón. This week we got to spend some great time with Family. We planned on taking a full week plus off work and boat projects while we went and visited family and stayed with Deb's Brother and Sister in Law. Wow, We had a great time. We started by picking up Chazzy from school on the last day of school before the Christmas break. She got off early and we were waiting with the car packed and ready to go. From there we hit the road and drove about 6 hours or so to get just south of Houston. We stayed the night at a nice full suite Marriott down in Sugarland Texas. The next morning we headed off to Corpus and were at Daniel and Katherine's by noon. Over the next 2 days, my son and his wife and my daughter would all come to stay as well. They were so gracious hosting all of us and had a great house and location to do so. All in all, it was Daniel and Katherine, Kim and Maci (niece and 1 year old), Spencer (son) and his wife, Whitney (daughter) and Myself, Deb and Chazzy and Swab. We celebrated Maci's first birthday on 12/22, and Swabs 5th birthday on Christmas Day. We all had matching Christmas Pajamas and sadly there was a virus going around the house over those few days. Spencer got hit first on Saturday night and into Sunday, for Danny and Katherine it was all day Christmas day and for Whitney and Deb, it was the day after Christmas. Somehow Chazzy, Swab and I all avoided it :) We celebrated Deb's birthday on the 28th and were back home on the 29th. What a GREAT week it was. Once home we got back on the boat and saw the sunken dinghy. Granted I knew it was filling with water and before I left I threw a battery operated pump in it and figured I would just let it run until the 3 D Cell batteries died, but sadly it didn't pump out the dinghy and it was sitting low, with water over the battery and even the main battery switch and fuse box. I am going to have to do some work on our little yacht tender. It has also been raining, a lot and sadly we were still seeing drips in the boat. This was a very dejected moment for both of us. Drips over our bunk, drips around the mast and drips from under the side deck where I have the port out. I am hoping it is just because of the port being out, but don't know. Either way, we decided to extend our stay in the camper for 1 more month to see if we can get some more stuff done. Deb got to varnishing down below while I focused on raising the dinghy. This Episode 15 was planned as "Shark Attacks at Cid Harbour", but there had to be a change of plan. After losing several months of film footage, that was kept on an External Hard Drive, we didn't back up (lesson learnt), we sail the boat south again to crack on with boat projects. We had sailed north from The Whitsundays to Townsville and Magnetic Island. A few days spent out on the reef at isolated Wheeler Reef. Return to Townsville and head for Hinchinbrook Island followed by a few weeks of diving The Great Barrier Reef from Beaver Cay to Pellowe, Miln and Flynn Reefs off Cairns. A few weeks break in Cairns before sailing over 1000 Nautical Miles down to the New South Wales Coast and back to The Gold Coast. We are getting the boat prepared for several years of international cruising. There had been a build up of many coats of antifouling previously and needed to be taken back to bare hulls and freshly applied. Leah got fed up with the dust, dirt and mess of the boatyard after a few weeks and had other plans. She got a job helping a Delivery Skipper sail a newish Fontaine Pajot Helia 44 from Mackay in The Whitsundays down to Mooloolaba on The Sunshine Coast. Jobs undertaken during haulout: - New solar panels - 2 x 360 watt Sunpower panels replacing 3 x 130 panels. New Victron Solar Controller, and Thermal CB. Spectra Cape Horn Watermaker needed a service and a replacement head to the Water Pump.Replace hydraulic hosing with nylon tubing from The Clark Pump to The Membrane and new BSP fittings. A new CB to the DC Panel. New Balmar 165 amp Alternator for Port Engine. Replace Whale Gulper Water and Shower Pump. Service and replacement parts for Paguro Generator. New Electronic Fuel Lift Pump for Generator. New Fuel/Water Separator Filters for both 40HP Yanmars. Oil change - Engine and transmission. New Anodes, rubber boots and grease Feathering Props. Gelcoat and Fibreglass repairs to Hull and Crossbeam. Polish and wax finish. 2 coats of Primer and International Paints Micron Extra AP Antifouling. New Code Zero Sail bag, Main sail boom bag repaired and new zip. Second Hand Mercury 15HP Outboard for back up or to be used as primary motor for tender. New Dometic 50 Litre Portable Fridge/Freezer. New replacement Smev 2 Burner Cooktop for Galley. wow!!! hopefully that will keep us going for some time! The Haulout was carried out at The Gold Coast City Marina and some work was undertaken at a work berth at BoatWorks next door.

Someone dropped their wedding ring while patting dust off of themselves while on the dock! Seriously?! The paint stripper worked really well but Brittany had a hard time controlling it. We continue sanding the interior down to prep for repaint of our #Sailing #Trimaran. The Bilgekote was really expensive so we're still not sure what we want to paint the interior of the boat with. Shaun spent the first night "camping" on White Shark since the drive is 2 hours round trip and our days have been limited by other activities. We ended up making it down on Sunday for a few hours as well. Brittany of course gave up after a while and took a nap on the deck of the boat with our dog Cal. In this episode we leave Holland and sail all the way to Dieppe in France in one go so another over night sail this time in quite brisk wind. We are a middle aged couple from Sweden who has left our hectic business lives to go sailing with our boat Fridá af Wisby and our cat Litza. The sailing in our home water the Baltic Sea is part of our preparation to sail to the Mediterranean Sea. This serie was the first part of our adventure after we changed our lifestyle. Anders has been at the sea most of his life and sailed for the Swedish national dingy sailing team as a young man. Gitte has also grown up with boat and spent every summer sailing with her father as a teenager but made a pause of about 15 years without sailing as an adult, had just begun to pick-up the interest before she meet Anders a 4 years ago. Onboard we also have our cat Litza a 3 year old Devon Rex we call her the cattain because cats always decide over their humans. Litza is a Devon Rex cat and she is the real cattain aboard. Fridá af Wisby is a Wauquiez 47 pilot saloon that we Gitte and Anders bought in UK in 2019 and that we have sailed to Gotland in the spring 2020 then we sailed our home water in the Baltic Sea before we started our journey south.
