Les loueurs trouvent également le moyen, avec les cargos, de déplacer rapidement une flotte complète d’une base à une autre. Nous avons voulu en savoir un petit peu plus sur le « shipping ». Rendez-vous a été pris au Port de Commerce de La Rochelle - La Pallice en octobre dernier. Côté ciel et température, l’ambiance est déjà hivernale. Mais sur les quais, l’activité ne faiblit pas. Nous sommes reçus sur le pont du MV Spuigracht. Cet imposant cargo battant pavillon néerlandais mesure 172 m de long pour 25,49 de largeur. Il fait partie de la flotte de Sevenstar Yacht Transport. Une poignée d’heures plus tard, le navire mettra le cap sur Palm Beach, en Floride. De là, certains bateaux seront transbordés en pontée d’un autre cargo, à destination de l’Australie et la Nouvelle-Calédonie… Pour l’heure, Elodie Le Blevenec et Matthieu Le Bihan, responsables de Sevenstar Yacht Transport France, s'affairent sur le deck du cargo, supervisant une armée de dockers, pilotes, plongeurs, techniciens et autres spécialistes du chargement. Ces derniers devront, dans les meilleurs délais, placer et caler à des emplacements bien précis une quinzaine de voiliers (en majorité des catamarans) et quelques bateaux à moteur sur le pont du cargo. Une rencontre dans le feu de l’action et un excellent moyen de découvrir l’univers du shipping, cette activité en plein développement. Binnen durch den Kontinent - Rhone stromaufwärts Teil 5 Unser Segelboot Squib, ein Catalac 9M, ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Verkleidung hängt teilweise von der Decke, die Farbe blättert ab, die Elektrik auf dem Stand des vorigen Jahrtausends,..... Ein Refit steht an. Doch Broterwerb und Verpflichtungen lassen es nicht zu, monatelang in Griechenland am Boot zu arbeiten. Da wird schon 2018 die Idee geboren Squib nach Wien zu bringen, wo man jederzeit Zugang hat, der Einkauf von Material in der Muttersprache abgewickelt werden kann und alles andere seinen gewohnten Verlauf nimmt. Bereits 2018 starteten wir Richtung Wien, doch ein Motorschaden in der Straße von Messina zwang uns, den Überstellungstörn abzubrechen. Velejada especial na lagoa da conceição - Sorteio Instagram PARABÉNS @luana.no.mar que ganhou um passeio de veleiro na lagoa da conceição em um sorteio que fizemos. Finalmente conseguimos alinhar as datas e sair para navegar, a bordo do veleiro Lumar. Um dia repleto de aventura e muito aprendizado náutico para as meninas. Durante todo o passeio elas foram descobrindo como funciona um veleiro e assim na prática aprenderam muitas coisas, se divertindo e aproveitando a vibe da vela. Nós partimos da Lagoa da Conceição, um lugar simplesmente deslumbrante e perfeito para a prática da vela. Com suas águas calmas e cristalinas, a lagoa é um verdadeiro paraíso para os amantes desse esporte. O passeio foi velejar até a costa da lagoa e depois fazer uma parada na praia do saquinho e arredores. Durante a velejada, as meninas puderam sentir a brisa no rosto e a sensação de liberdade que a vela proporciona. Elas também aprenderam sobre as técnicas e os equipamentos necessários para navegar com segurança. Foi uma experiência única e inesquecível para todas nós. No final do dia, de volta ao ponto de ancoragem do Lumar, tivemos um bate papo e um aulão de nós que foi show de bola! Espero que vocês gostem desse vídeo e se inspirem a se aventurar no mundo da vela. As we sailed past the Aeolian Islands in April 2022 we were in awe and we determined that we would return and explore these little known, reachable only by boat, Mediterranean Islands. Stromboli, Vulcano, Panarea…..mysterious and beautiful names of islands situated within the magical volcanic Aeolian Island archipelago - and they captured our imagination. In May 2023 year we returned, sailing our boat and home back, determined to explore. We began by hiking up the island after which all volcanoes are named….Vulcano!
