INGREDIENTES: - 80 gramas de aveia (aproximadamente 1 xícara rasa) - 15 gramas de cacau em pó (uma colher de sopa) - 3 ovos - 15 gramas de sucralose (duas colheres de sopa - se não tiver ou não gostar, pode substituir por duas colheres de açúcar ou o que valha) - 1 colher de sopa rasa de fermento químico em pó (10 gramas) - óleo de coco ou o que valha para untar a frigideira. - Usamos também 1 colher de creme de avelã da marca Growth pra dar um tchan...
