Keep an eye on the Blue kite! A J105 drops his spinnaker around a government mark, cuts it loose only while bumping against the mark only to fly it off the top of the rig and almost wrap it up in the rig of another boat!

We worked in that Club Med as Diving GO and Photo-Lab (underwater photographer). This is the 3rd version of the video made for weekly entertainment for our GM's. The 80's were great years for diving vacations with Club Med. The international team of great GO's made the experience memorable to all! This film is dedicated to all ours friend GO and GM! http://sailing-phuket.com/ - While we where on a dive and sail adventure in Chagos I had a rather scary encounter. On the way up from a deep dive I got bitten by a Moray Eel!! I had to do a 14 minute decompression stop which turned out to be quite exiting. I felt like being on the menu for plenty of sharks I had to fend off. This was not what we regularly encounter on our yacht charter cruises and I sure will be more careful in the future! Every time I go to do a boat project and I am not 100% sure of the process I go to the web and search for how other folks have accomplished it. In some cases, I would find some information and in a lot of cases I wouldn't find what I was looking for when it came to doing this work specifically on a boat. Here in this video, I am going to review how we refinish and varnish the boat interior for that "glass like" finish.

Chuck, Pork and I went fishing on the Susquehanna River 9/3/2011 in York county Pa. We set off to go down by dam and fish a few hours trying to catch a few Flat Head catfish. We got a few miles out and the boat broke down on us. We had to make a decision, on if to fish or flag down one of the few boats out on the water. It rained pretty hard earlier in the day so there were only a few boats out on the water with us. We had live blue gill, live crawfish, and 3 containers of night crawlers...we were not leaving without no fish!! The boat floats, we got smoke, and chips. I did not like the spot were at and I did not think we would find any Flat Heads there. Our 2 fish hooked turned out to be a Flat Head. It looked to be about 10 pds, it got away from Pork, so we will never know. I know this, the 2 flat heads hooked came off worms, not blue gill. I do like using blue gills, because though you may not catch a bunch....whatever hits that pole is 5 pds or better. I have caught allot of Blue Cat's with blue gill. Well on this day, we had a little tournament, whoever catchs 10 fish first, doesn't have to row this 2 foot boat back to shore, which is 1 1/2 to 2 miles against the rivers current. Watch how it plays out...
