This week we did not sail much because of the weather and a problem with auto pilot, but we rented a car for a day and enjoyed most popular views of Saint Martin. We also met Terry one more time and visited a place where we got our JAEKA from. We are an international couple - Jack (from France), Kateryna (from Ukraine). We have been crossing this wonderful life together since 10 years. Finally (after many years of dreaming) we are living a "true" life. For this video I joined the team for the helicopter footage and filmed them with my IPhone from the passenger seat. We took the family to visit my parents in the Bahamas over the Holiday break. My parents take their Sabre 42 sailboat down to Hope Town every winter and this is the first time we have been able to make the trek (it's a serious trek) with our 3 year old from San Francisco. We rented a small house in the Marina and explored from there. It was hard to say goodbye... The trip was a good one. Beautiful beaches, sailing and wildlife. And the addition of my new drone brought some great new perspectives. I wish I had all these cameras and kites on our sailing adventure 8 years ago!

Voici un petit montage de plusieurs séquences vidéo de notre village de Noël 2016. Nous avons commencé sa mise en place le 20 octobre 2016 et avons terminé le 5 décembre. This week we do a little bit of testing on a fiberglass layup. I am not experienced at Fiberglass so before I start slathering it down on my deck of DreamChaser, I want to practice a little bit. I figured a good way to do that was to do a small layup over some teak to see what it may look like when I make new deck boxes down the road, to try to make a small backing plate for the stanchion bases.
