Cambia, però, la struttura, alleggerita di circa 800 chili, soprattutto grazie al processo di iniezione utilizzato per la coperta. La differenza si vede tutta nelle prestazioni. Durante la prova, effettuata a Les Sables d'Olonne, con 12 nodi di vento al traverso il Sun Odyssey 44i ha toccato anche gli 8 nodi di velocità.

Nemo egiziano, racconto filmato di uno dei punti d'immersione più belli del mondo: Il Ras del Profeta, Ras Mohammed, un area marina protetta sull'estremità della penisola del Sinai. E' impressionante la quantità di vita presente, un valido esempio di "tolleranza multirazziale".... Nella seconda parte del video Nemo cattura il Jolanda reef, dal nome del cargo che vi affondò allinizio degli anni 80. Trasportava sanitari, lavandini e gabinetti insomma ed è incredibile come la vita marina si sia impossessata di questi elementi antropici che in qualunque altro contesto avrebbero prodotto un importante impatto. This friendly minke whale joined Silversonic at the Nursery Bommie site at Agincourt Reef. All passengers were thrilled to be able to enter the water as the minke playfully swam between the boat and the bommie. The voluntary approach to the vessel and swimmers by minke whales creates a unique in-water experience, and Silversonic is one of the few vessels with a permit from the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority that enables swimming with these whales. http://www.silverseries.com.au/
