Facebook: M Jambo Sailing
We sail our way into St. Francis Bay, South Africa! We arrive at night and are guided in by some awesome local dudes who we end up partying with quite a bit! After some work on Delos and a few days, the weather turns in our favor and we round the most southern tip of Africa and the Cape of Good Hope!! This is our story, a story of three souls sailing around the world. It is a story about sailing, but it's also a story about the fantastic people we meet and amazing places we see. It's a story of people living their lives in an alternate way, in close connection with the beautiful people and amazing planet that we call home. Our experience has affected us so profoundly we want to share it, hoping that others may find inspiration to follow their dreams and do what they love. Subscribe! https://youtube.com/svdelos Follow Delos! http://svdelos.com http://instagram.com/svdelos http://facebook.com/svdelos Our Mission It?s simple really- we just want to make you SMILE! We hope by sharing this adventure you will find some inspiration in your life. If doesn?t have to be sailing. It can be anything at all. Just take a few minutes every day for yourself, breathe deep and relax, and don?t forget to SMILE! Send Us Love We LOVE sailing, we LOVE traveling, and we LOVE making videos about it! Last time we documented power management underway, now we're dealing with a rudder post that won't stay ... put anyway. Follow along as we fix our boat in exotic places (i.e., on the way to Cuba). You'll also hear extensively from Phillip in this episode about preparing for a lightning storm, navigating ships at night and getting accustomed to our new electronics. We also hope we will be able to meet some of you during our travels in Florida this February, details at https://havewindwilltravel.com/2017/01/24/we-would-love-to-meet-you-this-february-pensacola-miami-or-key-west/. When we take the time to explore Haiti's true roots, we realize how its unique natural elements can be the highlight of this country's future. Instead of focusing on the ugly and the problem, we should let its beauty shine, and focus on the solution. I strongly believe that eco-tourism can be a game changer here. Thank you Nathalie and Haiti Roots, for taking us along to one of Haiti's most beautiful sceneries. And if you do visit my beautiful country, make sure you get in touch with Nathalie and Haiti Roots. R3 (Daily Vlog 4 of 21) Departing from Tonga and deciding what course to take, hoping that the forecasted weather holds true and really really really being like? not worried? but like when you get butterflies but they are the good kind and your feeling ok
Getting all the supplies onboard for our departure from the US has been a huge challenge. Lots of stuff, very small boat.
