A conversation with Mark the Rigger in Oriental, North Carolina. Mark replaced all of the standing rigging on our Westsail 42 Paragon. He also helped us to install a new bowsprit, step the mast, tune the rig, rebuild all our winches, and much much more before we pushed off on our 6000 nautical mile voyage from North Carolina to Iceland.

Sell up and sail away step 1: taking a test drive, or should I say a 'test sail,' on the boat of our dreams.
