This Rolex New York Yacht Club Invitational Cup in September 2015 brought together 17 teams from 11 countries for a pure test of yachting skill. After five days of intense competition, the Royal Thames Yacht Club (UK) emerged as the overall winner, taking home the Invitational Cup trophy and a specially engraved Rolex timepiece. The teams raced on identical New York Yacht Club Swan 42 boats equipped with the same sails, rigging and equipment.
