Auf der Westseite von Guadeloupe ist es schwer, einen vernünftigen Ankerplatz zu finden. Wir haben es erst in der dritten Bucht geschafft, halbwegs sicher zu liegen. Das war neben Pigeon Island, einem wirklich schönen Schnorchelrevier. Wir sind einmal drumherum geschnorchelt. Für die Kids war es so ziemlich das erste Mal mit Schnorchel und Flossen weiter weg vom Schiff, aber die hatten so viel Spaß dabei! Nach einigen Tagen ging es weiter nach Deshaies im Norden, wo wir wieder im Päckchen an einer freien Mooring hingen. Viel gesehen haben wir von der Insel nicht, weil wir die Zeit mit Auskurieren verbringen mussten. Aber am Tag vor unserem Start nach Nevis ist nochmal etwas wirklich Besonderes passiert.
