When the world feels heavy and fast-paced, sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stand completely still. In this video, I share the exact reason we chose sailboat life, how daily galley routines (and a quiet cup of coffee) clear away anxiety, and a quick parable about finding strength in calm waters. Whether you live on a 30 ft Catalina or in a city apartment, paradise isn't always just about a location—it's something you create every single day. Join Cyndi and me on the deck as we talk about nature, slow living, galley cooking, and what it truly means to "Sail Into Nirvana." Questions for you: Where is your favorite spot to step away and find your calm space? What is your chase? Money? Corporate life? High-stress living? The Dazcat 1295 xl provides great opportunities for some father and son time but it is achieving so much more than just this. Mangata 5's story is a wonderful one, but it's a read not a video so if you feel inclined you can read it here and discover that some Dazcats have more important jobs than racing: https://www.multihullcentre.com/2023/08/22/sailing-beyond-boundaries-on-dazcat-1295-xl-mangata-5/
